Super-Nice Bungalow With Private Garden & Close To The Beach

Bungalow in Playa Ingles. Only a few footsteps to Yumbo and Cita where you find restaurants, shopping, supermarkets and discos. The beach is 10 min. by foot. The private garden has trees and flowers where you can find both sun and shade. Access to community swimming pool.

The bungalow is decorated with taste, very lighty and cool in the summer. The garden has high fences for intimacy. There are two bedrooms, the principal has a doublebed and the second one has a sofa which can be turned into a bed. The kitchen has basic equipment like microwave, fridge, pans etc.

The living room has a sofa with a flat Tv. Wifi and Movistar channels are available. Community swimming pool. The bungalow can be reached by car or by public transport (bus). Parking space available in front of the entrance.
