Luxury Villas For 6-8 Persons With Private Heated Pool And Great Views
This self catering villa is situated on a one of the prime plots (back line) on the development of Vista Lobos and has a huge living space of 220 sq m /plot 500 sq m. Situated in an elevated position therefore commanding spectacular views to the sea and mountains
There are 3 south facing terraces set on different levels, private heated 8m x 4m swimming pool, Hot Tub/spa, an outside Canarian Bbq, sun loungers and outside dining furniture.
The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo and is approx 15 mins walk or 2 mins by car. There are also 2 other beaches in Playa Blanca and a little further out the fabulous Papagayo beaches, which are well worth a visit.
Nearest supermarket 2 mins walk. Nearest beach/bars and restaurants 10 mins walk. Punta Limones 15 mins walk (ferry, bars and restaurants). Playa Blanca village 20 mins walk (shops, bars and restaurants). The fabulous Marina Rubicon 5 mins drive.
Playa Blanca has a large pedestrian shopping area with an abundance of shops and supermarkets and the promenade is lined with quality restaurants and bars. The Marina Rubicon with it’s designer shops & upmarket restaurant/bars is well worth a visit.
