Incredibly beautiful country house for 9 persons outside the town of Felanitx
This rural country house with private pool, near Felanitx, has been completely renovated in style. Here you can enjoy a well-deserved holiday in peace, while still close to popular sights.
Felanitx is set in the lovely Mediterranean countryside – nearby you have the Sanctuary Sant Salvador and Castle Santuari, both of which are perched on top of hills and have wonderful views of Mallorca and the sea. This is the main town of Mallorca’s second wine-producing area, Pla & Llevant, which produces a variety of red and white wines. The town is also known for its capers or ‘green pearls’, which are sold at the Sunday morning market, which is found around the beautiful church of Sant Miquel.
The large 270 m² rustic house has a lot of Majorcan character and it boasts 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace and a fully-fitted kitchen, while maintaining that rustic charm throughout the house with its beautiful wooden beams and stone walls. Through the large windows found throughout the house you can admire the stunning landscape with views to the mountain, garden and pool. Why not chill out on the terrace or in the garden? You could go for a swim or have a BBQ. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool to relax and enjoy the sunny surroundings.
