Mallorcan-style Country House For 6 Persons Surrounded By Nature
This beautiful mallorcan-style country house boasts a large swimming pool and garden. It is located in peaceful surroundings near the town of Manacor.
Being the second largest town in Mallorca, Manacor has a lot to offer. Some of these will certainly be the “Cuevas del Drach” in Porto Cristo, or Safari Zoo in Cala Millor. There are also plenty of stunning beaches and casteles to visit. If you´re looking forward to getting in touch with nature the only ‘Via Verde’ in the Balearics is found nearby. This 29km eco-path begins in Manacor and offers changing scenery along the way.
This stunning 100 m2 property sleeps 6 guests and consists of a living room, an open plan kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed 1.50 m wide and the other two have two single beds 0.90 m wide. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Towels, bed linen, cot, hair dryer, iron, wifi, satellite TV, barbecue and fireplace are all at your disposal free of charge.
Outside, near the grill, there is a toilet and sink. The property is fenced and has a hedge around to give you the utmost privacy. In the winter season, the heating is available at an extra cost of + 12 € / night from 19:00 to 07:00. If you would like to use this for longer, please contact us. There is an outdoor terrace with dining area, garden and pool area, as well as a barbecue area. It has a grass soccer field (not regulated).
Security deposit of € 300 in cash upon arrival, which will be returned upon departure.
Worth visiting beaches in the area are certainly: Cales de Mallorca, Cala Romantica, Cala Morlanda, Sa Coma. A little further away are places such as the sanctuary – Santuario de Sant Salvador and side castle ruins – Castell de Santueri, to the north you´ll find the castle “Castell de Capdepera”, the town of “Son Servera”, or a beautiful viewpoint with a lighthouse – “Faro de Capdepera”.
