Beautiful and bright apartment close to the city center of Malaga
Brand new and bright apartment, very close to the center of Malaga and Plaza Merced.
In a small, but antique building with more than 100 years of history, you will find this modern and cozy furnished apartment.
In the streets surrounding the apartment, you will find shops and local restaurants with plenty of options, to try the Spanish tapas and dine with the locals.
This early 20th century building needs to be admired before entering the front door. Just inside, you will see the old original Spanish tiles, that the owners have carefully restored and polished. The apartments in the building has the original, visible ceiling beams, while the rest of the apartment is completely new and modern.
The apartment has all commodities needed for a perfect city holiday in Malaga for friends or family. It has an open plan kitchen with dining room facilities and sofa arrangement. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a nice bathroom with shower. From the open plan kitchen you can enjoy the view of the city. The owner has restored the original window-frames which brings a flood of light into the apartment. Malaga is especially known for its “pink” light, which is just before the sunsets – famous for taking photos in this special light and atmosphere.
The supermarket is just 1-minute walk, the beach is 2 km and the airport is just 10 km away.
It can be quite difficult to find parking in this street – we recommend that you choose the underground parking on Plaza Merced and walk from there (around 8 min walk)
