Fantastic Ibicenco Townhouse For 5 Persons In a Tranquil Area Away From The Crowds
This whitewashed townhouse is set in beautiful tropical gardens with a large, communal swimming pool within a gated urbanization.
The townhouse is located in Estepona, which is at the western end of the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Manilva. Unlike some resorts on the Costa del Sol, Estepona has remained true to its fishing village origins and has kept its typical Andalusian ambiance. The area includes some of the best and quietest beaches on the Costa del Sol. Not only does the area have stunning beaches, but it also boasts some spectacular scenery including Los Reales mountain range to the north.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite and has now been converted into a very modern wet room) + 1 toilet/washroom downstairs. It has a private terrace at the back overlooking the tennis courts. Small balconies lead from each bedroom. You can sunbathe in the gardens around the swimming pool or on the back terrace. Here you´ll also find a BBQ, where you can sit back and enjoy the sunny terrace.The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, double sink, microwave oven and washing machine.
The house has a large lounge with sofas, dining room table plus a double breakfast bar. There is a large flat screen television, DVD player and also a stereo Sound bar so that you can play your own music via bluetooth from your mobile phones. There is a brand new air-conditioning unit in every room, with heating for the winter.
The swimming pool has a separate section for small children. There is also a tennis club opposite the house. There are many golf courses nearby, and some are within walking distance (10 minutes away), with a learner course also. The nearest beach, “Playa de Saladillo”, is 2km from the apartment. Unfortunately there isn´t free Wifi at the apartment, however you can get free Wi-fi in the supermarket cafe at the end of the road, and also in a nearby restaurant.

The pool is absolutely gorgeous and the nearby communal area well looked after. Quiet location which is well suited for relaxation and a good night’s sleep.”
