Large House With 3 Independent Accommodation Units For 8-14 Persons

This spectacular house for 8-14 persons is located in a quiet area, directly next to the Roche pine forest and just 900 meters from the “Cala del Aceite” beach.

“Cala del Aceite” is a little paradise with a fine sandy beach and turquoise waters sheltered from the wind thanks to the spectacular cliffs. Its breathtaking landscape of cliffs with its rocky shore makes it worthy of being one of the most phenomenal coves on the Gulf of Cádiz. At the top of the cliffs, the shades of green of the pine forest and the Mediterranean brush contrast with the reddish brown colours of the rocks.

The huge villa has 8 rooms, 7 of them bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, a large sunny terrace, central garden with a barbecue with access to the private pool. There are 3 individual rear gardens. The house is rented in its entirety, but has 3 rooms for the guests to enjoy each other´s company in a common area.

The main part of the house consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms with double beds. Above the main house there´s an apartment, which has 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom. On the ground floor on either side of the central garden there are 2 identical apartments that each have their own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with a double bed, they also have a bedroom living room with 2 individual beds. The central garden/terrace area, between the 3 rooms, has a barbecue and outdoor furniture where you can either relax on the sunbeds, have a barbeque or jump in the private pool.

There are a wide variety of beaches to choose from, some with slightly tricky access, which make them even less crowded in the summer months. One of these beaches is called “Calas de Roche”. Parking is available on the local road. The secluded location of the Calas de Roche means they’re also popular with naturists.
