Beautiful Country House With 3 Independent Apartments
A wonderful new holiday home with private pool for large groups or families in the province of Malaga, the South of Spain. The property has 3 independent apartments, each with their own kitchen / living room and bedrooms.
This affordable house is located outside the whitewashed village of Comares, 30 minutes from the beaches.
More and more families are renting holiday homes with pools in Andalusia, Spain. On the one hand to reduce costs, and on the other for socializing – eating, drinking and splashing around in the pool. Spending time with not only their children, but also good friends is very important for lots of families. This holiday villa responds perfectly to this, because there are 3 apartments, each with its own facilities. In addition, the region is ideal for trips and various activities, including horse riding, golf, mountain climbing, water sports, etc.
The location is ideal to discover the rich culture found in cities of Andalusia. Comares is a good base town, which is near many beautiful cities such as Malaga, Granada, Cordoba, Ronda, etc.
The beaches of the Mediterranean Sea are only about 30 minutes away. The 18 hole Baveria Golf Course is located between Velez Malaga and Torre Del Mar (membership is not necessary). Not for the faint of heart, there is the longest zip-line in Spain at 430m, which is also located nearby.

Wow, this place is excellent! The villas are spacious and in excellent condition and equipped with everything you need during your stay. The view from the pool deck or from the terrace is breathtaking. That really makes up for the 30-minute drive to the beach. We stayed here for 1 month and we were sad to leave. (translated)

We spent 10 unforgettable days at La Noria with family and friends (11) and enjoyed the well-equipped apartments, the beautiful pool with a wonderful view of the Axarguia region and the Mediterranean. All 3 apartments offer everything you need. The common areas are perfect for nice lunches, barbecues and gatherings. We had nice walks to the next village Comares, which is one of the most beautiful white villages in Axarquia. We even saw wild ibex on our hikes. Although the drive to the nearest beach takes 30 minutes, the view is so breathtaking as you drive that you can enjoy it every time. This is a hidden gem in Andalusia. Our host Miguel took care of us quickly and provided us with the sweetest oranges for breakfast. (translated)
