This incredible 400m2 chalet for 12 persons is found just a stone´s throw from Cala Murta.

Magical Cala Murta lies on the rugged southern coast of the Formentor peninsula. The rocky outcrop protrudes into the Mediterranean like an outstretched finger. At the top there is a vantage point with a restaurant, which is one of the most visited attractions in Mallorca. The pebble cove is framed by cliffs overgrown with holm oaks and pines. The nearest town is Port de Pollença. The popular resort on the north coast of the island is located about 14 kilometres from Cala Murta. Like Cala Murta, this popular surfing centre is located on the large bay of Pollença.

The property is composed of two independent houses, that share the outdoor area, the pool, the terrace, and access to the building.

It has an outdoor shared swimming pool 12x4m, terrace, private barbecue area and porch. The interior of the house of 400 m2, has spacious rooms distributed over three floors. 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is an interior area with barbecue and extra kitchen with dining table, as well as a double bedroom and bathroom. Access to the pool and garden area. The first floor boasts a large kitchen, living room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool. Three bedrooms, a games room and two bathrooms. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are ceiling fans found in all bedrooms. The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. There is also an iron, hair dryer and wood burning fireplace in the lounge. Cots are available, and there is free Wifi connection. We provide towels (bath and pool) and bedding.

The house is located just 50m from the sea, from the house you can access the small Murta cove. Located near the beach of Porto Cristo (1.7km) and the marina. There´s easy access to the nearby beaches of Cala Mandia and Cala Anguila, awarded with a blue flag for its white sand and transparent waters.
