Lovely Rustic Villa Close To Llucmajor
This beautiful villa for 6 persons with private pool offers you an incredible setting, while swimming or eating with friends or family on the terrace. The holiday home is located near the town of Llucmajor.
Llucmajor is located 25 kilometres south of Palma de Mallorca. Llucmajor is a haven for history buffs with its many sites and buildings of interest. It is also an excellent choice for a holiday if you want to explore authentic Mallorcan culture and avoid the crowds of tourists in more popular locations. Hiking and biking is very easy in this area with its quiet streets and gentle hills. There is also a major golf resort within 5 kilometres. The nearest beach is only 10-minutes’ drive away and Llucmajor also allows easy access to many notable coastal destinations including the renowned natural beach of ‘Es Trenc’. The town is also well-placed for nature lovers who prefer to just enjoy the countryside.
This fantastic villa for 6 persons has 3 nicely decorated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen. The living room boasts a large sofa, a large table with chairs and a pellet heater. Through two large doors you have the views of the garden with fruit trees and the pool area. There is ample room for children to play within the gardens. The spacious sunny terrace is comfortably furnished with reclining sun loungers and hammocks where you can enjoy the warm Mallorcan summers. Enjoy a BBQ on the covered terrace, while your kids splash around in the pool or play on the trampoline. A few meters away from the house the owners keep some chickens and will be more than happy to share with you some fresh eggs and the fruit from the trees that dot the surrounding countryside. The owners will come daily (depending on the season) to check on the swimming pool, feed the chickens and take care of the garden and fruit trees. It will be during the day and they will respect your privacy.
The villa is set in a quiet location in the open countryside and only some 15 minutes drive to the town of Llucmayor and the fine sandy beaches of Es Trenc, which is said to be the most beautiful beach in Mallorca.
