Built in 1692, historical and charming villa with 4 bedrooms
With great country views, this villa can accommodate 8 + 4 extra persons. Ideally located in the quiet village of Coz, Alcobaça, in the Centro Region. A perfect spot for visiting the 7 wonders of Portugal and Nazaré beach.
Alcobaca Villa has been renovated in the original façade of beautiful stone. It features antique style furniture. Groundfloor has 70 sqm It comprises a living room with fully fitted open plan kitchen, dining area, spacious terrace with furniture, fireplace, 1 wc, 1 double sofa bed. The 1st floor has 1 suite (with private wc) balcony, double bed and wardrobe, 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes and a complete bathroom. The 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed. The villa has a nice garden, barbecue and private parking. There is also table tennis at the property.
A short walking distance (450m) from the villa there are a few shops including cafes, grocery store, snack bar and a pharmacy. A health centre and Coz monastery are also within a short distance. Within a 5 km drive there are several restaurants and a supermarket. Alcobaca monastery is about 6 kms away. There is a bus stop right in front of the villa and a train station 10 kms away. The villa is around 1 hour from Lisbon Airport.
