It is a new house exclusively designed with nice materials to give maximum comfort, quality and unique details for an unforgettable holiday.
House with lots of lighting, in a quiet area and easy access, 2-3 km from the beaches and the center of Conil de la Frontera.
It has a modern kitchen where there is no lack of details, a great living room with its fireplace and large Tv screen, there is a shared bathroom and another one en-suite in the master bedroom, 3 bedrooms in total. Outside there is a pool area, lawn and barbecue and patio with parking.

Miguel Angel is a very friendly and helpful host. The house is 2/3 km from Conil and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The equipment is new and of high quality.

Our stay at Miguel Ángel's house has been pleasant, the photos resemble what there is but when you go, it improves. A very spacious and comfortable house, with everything you need to spend a pleasant vacation. 3 min by car from Conil, supermarkets / pharmacies 2 min and 6 min by car from Conil beach. 100% recommended.

Spectacular. A house with all kinds of amenities that you can enjoy. We were quiet with our family with our two children because the pool was surrounded by a fence for safety and with a terrace for sunbathing and playing for the children. Very close to downtown Conil, about 5 minutes away. House with everything you need and all comfort. Absolute calm and above all the discovery of a country and of people who shape the heart. I will come back. Thank you for making our vacation the best vacation.

House with everything you need to spend a few days, everything very new and modern, wifi, Netflix, ect, good communication Miguel, although it is 3 km from the town, it is close, although you have to take a car. The outdoor area is great, barbecue, swimming pool, private parking, we will be back.
