Nice Modern Apartment For 2-5 Persons In The Arenal District, Near The City Centre Of Seville
Modern comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of Seville. It´s an idea place to stay, while visiting Seville on foot. It´s located in an exceptional area next to the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Torre Del Oro.
The apartment is in the Arenal neighborhood, right in the centre of Seville, next to the Cathedral and the Giralda. It is part of the Old Town and sits in a triangle formed by “Paseo de Colón” on one side, and “Calle Adriano” and “Calle Dos de Mayo” on the other. El Arenal was so cosmopolitan that it was nicknamed “the Babylon of the world” in the sixteenth century. El Arenal sits in what was once the walled centre of Seville, and these walls had majestic defensive towers that ran from the Guadalquivir river to the Alcázar.
The modern apartment can accommodate up to five people in a double bed, a double sofa bed and a single bed. It has a fully furnished and equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The apartment has all the comforts for a pleasant stay in our city and has access to a magnificent terrace from where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the monuments of the city.
Nearby, there are numerous “Flamenco Tablaos”, where you can enjoy the traditional singing and dancing of Seville. The location is in a very quiet area and ideal for chilling-out, while having everything just down the road. It is in a modern building of 4 houses with an elevator. Less than a two minute walk to the taxi and metro stops. There are several paid parking bays in the area. You can get to the apartment by bus or taxi from the airport.
