Beautiful Cottages For 4-6 Persons Directly By The Viñuela Lake
In the heart of Axarquia in Andalucia, Spain, just 15 minutes from the beach, Huetor can be found nestling on the bank of Lake Viñuela; said to be the most beautiful expanse of open water in Andalucia.
Surrounded by picturesque white villages and overlooked by Mount Maroma in the National Park Sierra Tejeda, it is the perfect place to spend a relaxing or adventurous holiday. With easy access to the many golf courses in the area, natural parks, wildlife parks, mountain trails, water parks, beaches or just the sun from the terrace of your accommodation, it is the perfect spot for your holiday.
A visit any time of the year will offer you the opportunity to take advantage of the cultural and gastronomical delights of the area, not forgetting the festivals. From your base at Huetor you can visit the historic towns of Cordoba, Granada, Seville, Antequera and Malaga. Or even ski the Sierra Nevada. Axarquia is just 45 minutes from the airport. Each of the 8 Self Contained Rustic Houses at Huetor provides magnificent views of Lake Viñuela and Mount Maroma.
Each fully equipped house consists of two large Bedrooms (a Double and Two Singles), Lounge/dining room, which overlook Lake Viñuela and Mount Maroma. A fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a large private sunny terrace with a barbecue. For those taking a winter break, the wood fireplace in the lounge will remove any winter chill. Air Conditioning and Central Heating included.

We had chalet 6 and it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With a perfect shower for me as Im a bit wobbly on my feet. The whole experience was amazing. Isa met us on ourarrival and she is charming, so smily and so helpful. We would love to go back, even thinking about going about Christmas time!!! Thanks Isa we will be back.”

Loved how intimate the apartments are- only eight apartments so not rowdy and quickly get to know your neighbours. Plenty of space inside the apartment- two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Small yard to the rear with a BBQ and a terrace out front with table and chairs and sun loungers. Air con in bedrooms.”
