A relaxing, family atmosphere. You will enjoy our beautiful pool (7m * 14m) with its waterfall and baby pool. You can also walk around our property or the surrounding mountains and play with our pony Chiquita.
Ideal for families with children. We serve meals on request. A small oasis of palms, fruit trees and flowers, close to the authentic Andalusia and the busy night-life of Torre del Mar.

We had a wonderful time at Los Almendros and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Andalusia as it is at a reasonable driving distance from all important cities in this beautiful area of Spain. We enjoyed our stay at the bungalow very much, it’s such a beautiful area and thank Madeleine for being so helpful. We are planning to come back in the near future to visit the areas we’ve not visited yet. We miss it already! Thank you Madeleine and your wonderful mom!

I spent a lovely holiday week here with my husband, our three teenagers and granny. And we loved, loved it! The view is amazing, the house is absolutely nice and the pool and the surrounding area is great. And Madeleine is fluent in English as well as in French - and she is so friendly and helpful. We sure hope to be back! There is no way I can recommend this place enough - I would give 10 * if I could! PS. If you are in a mood for some great Italian food at a very good price - visit the small bar / Italian restaurant in Arenas named Bar el Gato pasta y pizza. The town is worth a stroll as well, but don’t be surprised if you meet a farmer with his herd of goats on the main street ;-) Another recommendation is the beach Buriana in Nerja - the restaurant Playa y Sol serves great food (if you go for lunch make sure you are there before 13 - it is packed by then). And the sandy beach surely invites to some swimming.

It is a good spot to explore Andalusie from. Keep in mind that there are no shops or restaurants nearby. You will need a car. The nearest supermarket is about a 15 min drive. The nearest beach and restaurants are at about a 25 minute drive in Torre del Mar, which we didn't like. But Nerja is very nice (40 min by car), Frigiliane, Competa, Malaga, Ronda, Almunecar, Maro, Granada is beautyful. We stayed at apartment Jasmin. Big balcony, two bathrooms, good beds, airco, nice view. The owner Madeleine is very nice, if you have any questions she is there for you.
